Compounds
Superabrasive powders are incorporated into specially formulated vehicles to meet specific polishing and superfinishing needs of industry. A complete range of micron sizes is available, as well as light, medium, and heavy diamond concentrations. Warren/Amplex formulated compounds feature three different carriers: water soluble which has a low melting point (very popular with metallographers), oil soluble (excellent for cutting and polishing carbide dies), and universal soluble (useful on high speed laps since it has no melting point). Compatible Warren/Amplex thinners/extenders are available.
